Orders are shipped by the least expensive method. Shipping charges are calculated automatically and will be reviewed.

Many of our products are made at the time you place your order to insure you are receiving the freshest product possible. Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days, however we ask that you please allow up to 5 to 10 days for shipment. This does not include weekends and major holidays. We strive for the quickest turnaround time possible after we have received your payment, however, during very busy times, processing may take an extra day or two. Any major delays will be posted on our site. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times without prior notice.
If you need your items sooner, we can offer expedited processing and shipping for some items for an additional 10.00 plus the cost of the expedited shipping. This service is subject to our workload and product availability.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and we will hold the shipment for up to 1 week upon your request. If the item as not been received by our warehouse we will ship the out of stock product separately, at no extra charge to you.

Return Policy:

We will accept return of merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you in US dollars. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
